Q: Why should I use a Virtual Assistant?

A: Like most professionals, Im sure you wish you could spend more time getting new clients, sermon preparation or vision casting. VA's are less expensive than traditional employer/employee relationships. You only pay for the hours I actually work. Let me take care of all the mundane paperwork and phone calls for you.

Q: What if I decide I no longer want to use your service?

A: The beauty of hiring an independant contractor is that you would only contract with me for the number of hours you need at the time.

Q: Do you do all the work yourself or do you outsource?

A: I am a professional with more than 20 years experience. In the event that there is something I do not know how to do or don't know how to do well, I will outsource to another VA with that expertise.

Q: Why did you decide to become a Virtual Assistant?

A: I have a passion to help Pastors and to do what I can to help churches as well as Community Service organizations. God has given me a unique once in a lifetime opportunity to bring this service to small churches that really need this type of help.

Q: What is your turn around time?

A: Of course there are some assignments that are going to take much more time than others. For example, I require 8 hours for web design work from start to finish because of the detail and skill involved. However, most basic administrative assignments can be completed within 24 hours. We will work together to come up with a deadline that is acceptable to you.

Q: What equipment do you have access to in your virtual office?

A: I have a Desktop PC, Laptop and a Fax/Copy/Scanner machine. In the future I plan to upgrade to a high speed color printer/copier/scanner in order to print brochures, flyers and other promotional material.
